IVAN WONG

Managing Partner

Holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London. Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2015. On 15 January 2018, she co-founded Messrs. Lim, Wong & Co., where she continued to build her practice until 25 August 2025.
Subsequently, she established Messrs. Wong & Low Law Chambers, located in Georgetown, Penang.

An accomplished litigator, she specializes in construction disputes and general civil litigation, regularly representing clients through complex contractual breaches, project delays, and high-value claims. Her practice also features deep expertise in corporate debt recovery and employment law, making her a trusted advisor for businesses navigating workplace disputes and financial enforcement. SUSAN LOW

Managing Partner

Susan holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012. She began her legal career with her pupillage under Dato’ Ricky Tan at Messrs. Ricky Tan & Co., building a strong foundation in rigorous legal advocacy from day one.

Today, her practice focuses heavily on family law and the law of succession, where she is highly regarded for her expertise in handling complex divorce and probate matters. Alongside her estate and family practice, Susan has extensive experience in conveyancing and property transactions. She also continues to assist clients with strata governance and property disputes, frequently advising on regulatory compliance, reviewing service agreements, and resolving property-related conflicts.

NURAMIERAH ASYIQIN BINTI AHMAD ZAINURIN

Legal Associate

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) [LL.B (Hons)] from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in July 2024 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 15 August 2025.

Today, her practice focuses heavily on Joint Management Body (JMB) debt recovery matters, where she is highly well-versed in handling all types of execution proceedings to recover outstanding dues.

Alongside her specialization in property-related financial enforcement, she regularly assists clients with conveyancing transactions, including the drafting of sale and purchase agreements. She also brings dedicated care to family law and estate administration, handling both divorce proceedings and probate matters with practical, results-driven strategies

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) [LL.B (Hons)] degree from the University of London and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2025.
