Nuramierah Asyiqin binti Ahmad Zainurin

Nuramierah obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) [LL.B (Hons)] from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in July 2024 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 15 August 2025.

Her practice has developed a strong focus on enforcement and execution proceedings. She regularly handles matters involving the enforcement of judgments and recovery of outstanding debts, including bankruptcy proceedings, winding-up proceedings, execution against judgment debtors, judicial auctions and other post-judgment enforcement mechanisms.

Nuramierah is also actively involved in the firm’s strata and condominium property management practice. She handles matters for Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), property managers and other stakeholders, including recovery of outstanding maintenance charges, enforcement proceedings, strata management disputes and issues arising from the day-to-day management of condominium and stratified properties.

Her experience in both strata management and enforcement enables her to assist clients from the initial recovery stage through to judgment and, where necessary, the eventual execution and recovery process.
