Lim, Wong & Co., where she practised until August 2025 before establishing Messrs. Wong & Low Law Chambers.
A seasoned litigator, Ivan’s practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She regularly acts in complex contractual and corporate disputes, commercial claims, debt recovery, shareholder and business disputes, and other contentious matters involving substantial commercial interests.
Her practice also encompasses construction law and construction disputes, including contractual claims, payment disputes, variations, delays and other disputes arising from construction projects. She is also well-versed in land and property disputes and intellectual property matters, particularly where such disputes intersect with commercial relationships and business interests.
A major area of Ivan’s practice is employment and industrial relations law. She regularly advises employers and businesses on disciplinary proceedings, misconduct, termination and dismissal, employment contracts, workplace disputes, internal investigations and employment-related litigation. Her experience allows her to advise clients not merely on the law, but also on managing employment disputes strategically before they escalate into litigation.
Known for her practical and strategic approach to litigation, Ivan focuses on identifying the commercial objective behind each dispute and developing a litigation strategy directed towards achieving that objective.
