Clifford Ong Zun Ling

Clifford obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) [LL.B (Hons)] from Multimedia University (MMU) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10 January 2025.

His principal area of practice is civil litigation, with particular expertise in judicial review, constitutional and administrative law, and defamation. He is well versed in governmental and administrative procedures, particularly in matters involving public authorities, statutory bodies, administrative decision-making and the exercise of statutory powers.

Clifford also handles defamation and reputation-related disputes, including matters arising from social media and digital publications. His practice combines a strong understanding of public law with a practical approach to complex civil disputes involving governmental decisions, individual rights and reputational interests.
